If you are looking to discover the World beyond sushi you are in the right place. In this course you will learn some of the lesser known Japanese classics.
The dishes you will make:
- Miso soup
- Vegetable tempura
- Salmon teriyaki
- Chicken yakisoba
- Matcha sponge cake
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
